NCMS is a trusted non-profit organization which creates, collaborates, and facilitates delivery of high quality security training across the industrial, international, personnel, physical, and information security arenas. Our 2020 theme, Midnight Train to Security, highlights our pledge of “going back to find” a sense of community within the security world.

NCMS Annual Training Seminar attendees vary in job title and job function, but all are devoted to protecting our nation’s national security.

*Security Consultants with five employees or less are invited to apply for table top space at a cost of $1100 per 6’ table. Interested consultants must complete a vendor application and a verification of eligibility form in order to be considered for space.

Paramount Convention Services will handle arrangements related to booth set up, shipping, and equipment rental. Exhibitors will receive an information packet of equipment and services to be purchased and/or rented following NCMS’ approval of the Application for Exhibit Space. Booth Selection

Although the floor plan is subject to change from the initial design, exhibitors can list their preferred location(s) based on the preliminary floor plan, which is included in this prospectus. These preferences are not guaranteed. As applications are received, booth space will be assigned by the Exhibit Manager based on 1) prior history of exhibits at Society seminars, 2) number of booths requested, and 3) date of Application for Exhibit Space. Exhibitors will be notified via US Mail and/or email of their booth assignment(s) once they are determined. NCMS will make every effort not to place vendors with similar products directly next to one another, but this is not guaranteed.

Sharing of Booth Space

Sharing of booth space by two or more companies is strictly prohibited. Each company must complete its own Application for Exhibit Space and reserve its own space. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of monies paid and reserved booth space.

Selling/Promotional Guidelines

Vendors are prohibited from selling and/or advertising their products and services at the seminar other than during established exhibit hours inside the exhibit hall unless the exhibitor is also a seminar sponsor. Sponsors are required to adhere to the sponsorship guidelines as defined by the NCMS seminar committee.

Shipping of Freight

Paramount will provide exhibitors with clear directions on the procedures for shipment of freight, whether it is shipped directly to the show site or to their warehouse. Important: If you are shipping directly to the show site, please confirm the requirements with Paramount in advance, or your freight may be refused at the hotel and returned to you. If you have any questions after reading the information from the exhibit company, please contact Paramount at: [email protected].

Exhibitor Registration & Meal Tickets

The booth fee includes the Welcome Reception on Monday. All other meal/entertainment functions or general sessions/workshops must be purchased separately. All booth staff is required to register for the seminar using our online registration portal at ncms-seminar.org. Full registrations, one-day registrations and meal tickets can be purchased at the time that you register.

Registration is limited to four staff members per 10x10 booth space.

Booth Payment Schedule

Payment equal to 50% of the total booth rental fee is due with submission of the Application for Exhibit Space. This deposit is non-refundable unless NCMS is unable to accommodate your request for exhibit space. Cancellation of your booth(s) following acceptance by both parties of this contract shall result in forfeiture of your deposit paid to NCMS.

The remaining balance is due in full no later than April 1, 2020. Failure to pay the balance due by that time will result in cancellation of booth space and forfeiture of all monies paid to NCMS.

How do I secure a booth?

How do I schedule my product/service demo if I choose “Exhibitor Plus”?

The exhibit manager will contact you once your exhibitor application and payment have been received. Demos will be scheduled in order of completed applications received.

Can I team up with another company to sponsor an event?

Yes! Please contact the Executive Director for options. Individual sponsorship levels assigned to each company are subject to change.
