Integrated Architecture™ Product Description
CompactLogix™ programmable automation controllers Provide integrated safety and motion capabilities in a single controller; use the same configuration, networking and visualization environment as our larger-scale ControlLogix®-based systems, providing scalable integrated safety and motion options for a wider range of machines.
PanelView™ Plus 6 terminals This platform uses modular components with value-added options for flexible system configuration. These components are usable across the entire PanelView Plus 6 platform and install with minimal effort:• Color display modules ranging from 6.5 to 15-inches in size with either key, touch screen, or combination key/
touch-screen input• Windows CE logic modules providing desktop access• Optional communication modules for network communicationConfigured terminals with a display module and logic module can be ordered as a single catalog number or as separate components for field installation.A high-bright display for outdoor use, plus conformal-coated and marine-certified components, extend this platforms ability to operate in environments with even more stringent and varying requirements.The core component of this platform is the high-performance logic module that runs a closed or open Windows CE desktop environment with optional, extended features and file viewers. System integrators and OEMs can configure and deploy systems that allow or restrict desktop access.
Kinetix® 350 single-axis, EtherNet/IP servo drive The Kinetix 350 single-axis servo drive provides scalability of integrated motion. Leveraging a single network, EtherNet/IP, simplifies the integration of HMI, programmable automation controller, I/O, and motion:• Single-axis or multi-axis coordinated motion system based on a single drive package• Simplified system design:
– One standard, EtherNet/IP network– One configuration environment
• Convenient compact size makes it easy to connect• Equipped with embedded safe torque off
Kinetix 6000M integrated drive-motor system The Kinetix 6000M integrated drive-motor combines the high-performance Allen-Bradley® MP-Series™ servo motor and Kinetix 6000 servo drive technologies into a compact package that provides significant space savings and simplified servo system cabling. The Kinetix 6000M is designed to integrate seamlessly with the popular Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drive system and features an integrated drive-motor interface module that mounts directly to a standard Kinetix 6000 power rail. This On-Machine™ solution helps reduce the time required to add or remove servo axes and is available with IP66/67 food-grade ratings in three different frame sizes with optional holding brakes.
RSLogix™ 5000 version 20 design and configuration software Provides a single development environment for the products mentioned above and includes Add-On Instructions and integrated motion on EtherNet/IP capabilities.

Kinetix 6000M Integrated Drive-Motor
The Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000M integrated drive-motor combines the high-performance Allen-Bradley MP-Series servo motor and Kinetix 6000 servo drive technologies into a compact package that provides significant space savings and simplified servo system cabling. The Kinetix 6000M is designed to integrate seamlessly with the popular Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drive system and features an integrated drive-motor interface module that mounts directly to a standard Kinetix 6000 power rail. This On-Machine solution helps reduce the time required to add or remove servo axes and is available with IP66/67 food-grade ratings in three different frame sizes with optional holding brakes.
The Kinetix 6000M Integrated Drive-Motor system consists of the Integrated Drive-Motor unit, the Power Interface Module and the hybrid power and network communication cables that connect the system:
• The Integrated Drive-Motor units feature mounting flanges and shaft dimensions that are identical to MP-Series food-grade motors of the same frame size, making it easy to upgrade to Integrated Drive-Motor technology.
• The 460V Power Interface Module supplies DC bus and control power and provides the SERCOS II and safety connections. It mounts directly on a Kinetix 6000 power rail and connects to the SERCOS fiber-optic motion network.
• A single hybrid power cable and single SERCOS motion network cable connect the Kinetix 6000M Power Interface Module to as many as 16 Integrated Drive-Motor units. Use individual hybrid power and SERCOS cables to daisy-chain from one Integrated Drive-Motor unit to another.
• SIL2/PLd safe torque-off functionality is included with the Kinetix 6000M system using standard Kinetix 6000 safe-off header connectors and cables. When the Kinetix 6000M power interface module receives a safe torque-off command, all of the integrated drive-motor units connected to it are put in the safe torque-off state.

These modular safe-speed servo drives help increase productivity and protect personnel with embedded safety features. Modular design and control provides ease of maintenance and greater flexibility as the drive easily transitions from safe torque-off to safe speed.
The Kinetix 6500 servo drives provide Integrated Motion on the EtherNet/IP network by using CIP Motion and CIP Sync technology from ODVA, all built on the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP).

PowerFlex Standard Drives
PowerFlex 40P AC Drive
The PowerFlex 40P AC drive addresses user needs for closed loop control with an option for Category 3 safe torque-off in a compact and cost effective design. Based on the popular PowerFlex 40 drive, this drive is designed to meet global OEM and end-user demands for flexibility, space savings and ease of use. This drive is a cost-effective alternative for speed or basic position control of applications such as diverters, smart conveyors, packaging machines, palletizers, drafting machines, ring spinning machines and synthetic fiber spinning machines.
Each drive requires a 22-COMM-E module for EtherNet/IP communication.

PowerFlex Standard Drives
PowerFlex 70 AC Drive
The PowerFlex 70 drive offers a compact package of power, control and operator interface, designed to meet the demands for space, simplicity and reliability. This drive provides a broad spectrum of features, allowing you to easily integrate it into your architecture and configure it for most application needs.
Each drive requires a 20-COMM-E module for EtherNet/IP communication.

PowerFlex 700 AC Drive
The PowerFlex 700 drive offers outstanding performance in an easy-to-use drive that covers a wide range of horsepower ratings. This drive is designed to control three-phase induction motors in applications with requirements ranging from the simplest speed control to the most demanding torque control.
Each drive requires a 20-COMM-E module for EtherNet/IP communication.
