Posting your "Open House" on Facebook allows your "Sphere" to announceyour property to others… Be sure to give plenty of notice, do not post the day before orthe day of the open house.

Get the Signs Out

If you do not put them out… They will not come

You need a minimum of four signs out Add balloons to the signs to make them stand out Time dated signs lets everyone know in advance Put them out for several days if the signs have times

posted. Get permission from owner if you have to put one on a

corner lot.

Flyers about the property with name and number on it
