PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

The pustules are distinct, superficial, and independent of hair follicle. The pruritic pustules occur most frequently on the intertriginous areas, flexure surfaces of the extremities, scrotum, and bedridden patients.

The most effective treatment for miliaria is to place patient in a cool environment, even a single night in an air-conditioned room helps to alleviate the discomfort. Use of circulating air fans to cool the skin.

THERAPY

Terapi TopikalAntibiotik TopikalLosion faberi dapat pula diberikan, dengan komposisi :

      Acid. Salicylic. 1 %      Talc. venetum 10 %      Oxyd. Zinc. 10 %      Amyl. Oryzae 10 %     Spiritus ad. 200 cc

THERAPY

Pada pemeriksaan laboratorium tidak ada hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium yang abnormal kecuali saat cuaca sangat panas yang disebabkan retensi keringat

Hasil biopsi memperlihatkan sumbatan saluran keringat, pecahnya saluran keringat dan vesikel berisi timbunan keringat pada lapisan kulit yang menandakan tipe miliaria
