public, Adults $5, Ages 3-17 $1 (cash only). FREE Parking at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. RAIN OR SHINE!

Event activities include: Live shows, meet live animals, games, candy, candy, candy, Pirate School, Spectrum

Puppets, local resources & information tables, tons of free giveaways, food sampling and mini golf.

Proceeds from the festival go towards the TMFSC summer camp scholarship program for military children.
