• 7 of you want improvements to the way we look after the grounds - cutting trees and more care over grass cutting, and improvements to the shrubs and the care of them

• 7 of you wanted improved parking, including dedicated parking places

• 3 of you were concerned about your service charges changing and needed more clarity about them
