SWA students wants to know about the news that teachers are hiding from them, so I’m gonna write about the news. I choose to make a poster news, because it cost a lot of money to make a website and I don’t want to write on newspapers so I choose to make poster news.

To make my news site better, I have to go through some of the steps that’s on the design cycle; investigation, design, plan, create and evaluation.


Why do students want to know more about the school news?

What should we do to know what they are hiding from us?

What do you think the school is hiding something from the students?

Which part do you want to know?

What do you think makes a news more interesting?

What are the good things and bad things about having an online news?


The students wants to know more about the school news because they are a part of the school.

We should always ask the teachers about the news, and we should ask someone who’s related to swa.

I think teachers are hiding dangerous stuffs and problems that are not good to students.

The part I want to know is if there is anything that’s bad going on the school.

I think pictures, colors, and videos make the news more interesting.

The good thing about having an online news is that We can update news when we want to update it, and the bad thing about online news is that we need lots of stuffs to get to the news.

Evaluating my performance at each stage of the design cycle

• Investigation : I didn’t know what to do at first, so I struggled a lot at first, but from my friend’s help, I finished it, but I didn’t do it well.

• Design : I thought of ways to make my news fun, but it didn’t work out well. Mine was boring, and all of the designs in the page were same.

• Plan : At first time, I had none of the information, but I just started writing. As time past, I got better at finding information and pictures, so I had much more easier time doing it.

• Create : I created my news whenever when I had time. I could have done better if I wasn’t lazy at first time. I was lazy to do it but I got more worried when I didn’t finish my work at time, so I started working hard.

informative things, but I didn’t meet entertaining things.


Successful Points of product

• In my opinion, I think I did well in my news

keynote. Even though the design wasn’t really good, there was all the information you need

when you are reading the news article, and it was organized well. It’s organized cleanly, so

the people who’s reading my article won’t get confused about what I’m talking about. It

would have been better if I designed it in funner way, but also clean.


Least Successful Points of Product

• In my opinion the least successful part of my product is design part. I thought about what I

should do to make my news paper more fun, but I didn’t get how to make the things to make it

more fun, and also I didn’t have time to search how to make it. When I have time next

class, I should try to make my news in better way.


Modification/Improvements of pruduct

• If I can make my new newspaper, I could have

done different designs than I used before. I would make it more interesting for people to

read, and I won’t have same designs over and over again from the first slide to the next.

Also, I could have make changes from my informations in news. Mine is almost all

about earthquakes around the world, so next time, I should make more news about SWA.


The impact on Society

• My news would impact on society, because it has lots of news about earthquakes, floods, and Snow storms. This will help people know better about the world, and also, it might get people to help the people that are struggling from Nature Disasters.


The Impact on the Environment

• This news slide doesn’t have any harms to

environment. If I used paper news, it would be waste of paper, because usually, most of the

people throw the news paper away after they finish reading it. I used computer, so it won’t

have any harm to environment.
