PROCEDURE:
Phase 1: Base
Create a circle with a radius of 7 blocks using wooden planks (birch), then place smooth stone
around it.
Create a circular room by extending the smooth stone up by two blocks. On top, create a circular
outline with a smaller radius. Use gray wool.
Above it, place another outline. Only this time, use red wool.

Cover the top by filling it with white wool flooring.
Create a hollow structure by expanding the white flooring to 7 blocks up. Use red wool on the 4th
layer.

On top of the hollow structure, create a smaller circle (using light gray wool) with a radius of 4
blocks. Add fence around the white platform.
Phase 2: Tower
Extend the light gray wool outline for at least 15 blocks up.

You can add decorations and modifications to the tower as you wish.
When you’re satisfied with the tower’s height, place a layer of wooden planks (birch), and then
surround it with white wool.

Then, place a series of fences above the white wool.
Phase 3: The Rotating Lamp
Above the top most platform, create a 5 x 5 room with no corners.

Fill the top with wooden planks (birch), then add a circular border on top.
Fill it again with wooden planks (birch), and punch a hole in the middle.

Create a rotating signal generator by following this build. The 4 Redstone repeaters on the
middle has a delay of 3 ticks (right-click it 3 times). The signal rotates in a clock-wise manner.
Replace the edges with Redstone dust then follow this Redstone circuit build. The 4 repeaters on
one side have a signal delay of 0, 1, 2, and 3 respectively from left to right.
Repeat this pattern on every side of the platform.

Fill the gaps between the Redstone lamps with glass blocks.
Cover the top with wooden planks (birch), and then add a lever on the circuit. To start the
rotating signal, pull the lever twice.

Make a roof using red wool then add a Redstone torch on the top. At the same time, place
wooden slab (birch) around all the Redstone lamps and glasses to emphasizes the light house’s
top.

Phase 5: Details
On the bottom of the tower, you can create a small house that connects inside. This house is
optional.
Place torches and add ladders to access the top floor. Customize as you see fit.
