The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) invites qualified Appalachian firms to exhibit at MINExpo International 2016, the premier mining and construction event in Las Vegas, NV. Meeting potential partners face-to-face is crucial to your business expansion internationally, and ARC will provide you the opportunity to have booth space at MINExpo at a fraction of the cost. We will provide support before, during, and after the event to connect your company with the right partners and buyers.

The deadline for registration is December 15, 2015. This is a first-come, first-served opportunity--register soon! A total of 30 spaces are available for Appalachian firms. This total includes 2 spaces for firms from each of the 13 Appalachian states.

> The registration fee of $4,000 per company (maximum 2 people per company) includes:

> Space in the Appalachia USA pavilion

> Listing under the Appalachia USA in the show catalog

> Logistical assistance to include:

- Access to hotel block reservations

- Appointment scheduling and match- making offered through the U.S. Commercial Service International Buyer Program (IBP)

- Access to Trade Show training webinars and general export training webinars

- Assistance with post-show follow-up and assistance to develop international business in select identified international markets

Companies are responsible for all travel and business-related expenses. Companies will be required to supply electronic graphics in the required format for show signage.

REGISTRATION

Exhibiting companies will receive a 10 x 10 exhibit booth space to include: carpet, signage, brochure rack/counter, table and chairs,wastebasket, electric, catalog listing, and waste removal, along with at-show support by experienced trade staff.

As a duly authorized representative of the above-named company, I have read, and I understand and agree to, the following terms necessary to be a participating company in MINExpo International 2016: > Exhibiting companies must be export ready and located in an Appalachian county. (See www.arc.gov/counties)> Qualified participating companies assume all risks of participation in MINExpo International 2016.> Participants will adhere to the trade show program and honor all scheduled business appointments. If participants prefer a personalized schedule, prior information and coordination is required. > In the event the participating company withdraws from MINExpo International 2016, the participating company will be subject to forfeiture of the entire participation fee.> All participating companies must provide general company data at signup and must provide information on results attained through participation in this trade show to SAP&DC and to their state office. (“Results” are current and future sales, employment, and dealings transacted as an outcome of attending the trade show. This information is confidential and will be held in the strictest manner.)
