Review of the related theories

According to the behaviorist ability to speak and

understand the language of the child obtained through

stimulation from the environment. Children are considered as

passive recipients of environmental pressure. The process of

language development is mainly determined by the length of

training provided by the environment. They argue stimulus

(stimulus) of a particular environment reinforce language

skills of children.

According to Skinner (1969) grammatical rules or rules of language

is verbal behavior that allows a can answer or say something. However, if

then the child can speak, not of "control rule (rule-governed)" because a child

can never an express rule language, but directly shaped by factors outside

themselves.

According to Chomsky language can be mastered in a short time,

four-years-old son was able to speak like an adult. Children are born with the

supplied "language acquisition tool" (language acquisition device

(LAD).This tool which is a biological gift that has been programmed to

specify the items might be of a grammar. LAD is considered as a

physiological part of the brain that is specialized for language processing, and

had no relation to other cognitive abilities.

Methodology

The research of child language development must not

be separated from the view, hypothesis, or theory espoused

psychology. Viewed in terms of development experienced by a

child from boyhood until approximately towards school,

students who have studied is the acquisition of the first

language is Indonesian. Mother tongue used is Java language,

but the child is taught Indonesian, because the environment is

affecting communication when using the language.

After examining a child's first grade students in elementary

school, the process will be undertaken by parents when giving first

language acquisition are controlled from outside of the child, by

stimulation that given through the environment.Language that

implies a form, something that is owned or used and not something

done. Though the language is one of behavior, among other behavior

of a human-behavior.

Then for the second language acquisition obtained by the

child is the Java language. when parents ask something to the child

to do anything but child's lack of understanding of what is the

meant by the parents, the parents using the Java language to clarify

The characteristic of the child in the school the teacher

said that this child smart like another students, but she haven’t

pretention to show that she is can do that. When time to rest, this

child just sitting on a chair and reading book with her friend, not

like a friends running in the yard. So, the teacher must be followed

th child to do that.
