Worthington’s bulk and test separator is a three-phase, horizontal
configuration with plug and play optimization, handling multiple
inlet streams of oil, gas and BS&W. While conventional bulk and test
separator setups demand as many as four pieces of equipment and
placement of a test separator on each incoming well, our design gets
the job done on one skid, with the bulk and test separators sharing
one skid and one enclosure.

Provides bulk and test on same skid for minimized equipment footprint and simple field installation
Reduces costs with bulk and test separator set up on the same skid
Removes unnecessary equipment, freight and labor costs

INDIRECT HEATED SEPARATOR ADD-ON
Worthington Industries also offers bulk and test units with
an optional SureState™ indirect heated separator. Adding
SureState™ to your bulk and test setup eliminates post-treatment
VRT while still maintaining RVP specs, decreasing liquid
carryover and ensuring that your setup qualifies for state
variances relating to heat input (where applicable). Ask your
rep for details.
