The MineARCRock Bolt Cutter
Traditionally, the task of cutting rock bolt and thread bar bolts has been a challenging exercise, with operational and safety concerns associated with grinding or oxycutting. MineARC’s Rock Bolt Cutter range has been developed in conjunction with major mining and contracting companies to be safe, easy to use and lightweight, yet still have the power to cut bolts within seconds.
4 MineARC® Systems
MineARC’s standard Rock Bolt Cutter (RBC) has been designed to make the task of cutting rock bolt and threaded rod safe and efficient. Successfully used by mine sites around the globe, the lightweight RBC can cut through 25mm (1”) rod within 20 seconds.
The Rock Bolt Cutter connects to any hydraulic power pack with a minimum 4000psi working pressure. Designed for two person operation, with optional hydraulic foot pump operation for added safety.

The Rock Bolt Cutter Projectile Safety Cap (PSC) has been developed in conjunction with major mine sites, addressing safety concerns associated with cutting cable bolts. A simple adaptor connection, the PSC attaches to the end of the standard Rock Bolt Cutter handle, allowing cable bolts to be cut cleanly and safely within 30 seconds.

FEATURES
The projectile safety cap features an extended tube to accommodate the average length of cable bolt, eliminating the requirement for a second cut. The simple twist-to-open cap mechanism lid prevents waste segments from ejecting during operation, and allows for quick and easy disposal of waste cuttings.
