This Agreement is entered into between Minnesota West Community & Technical College (MN Wes t) (hereinafter se nding institution), an d So uth Dakota State University (SDSU) (herein after receiving institution). The se nding instituti on ha s es tablished an Agriculture Business, A.S. (hereinafter sending program), and the receiv ing instih 1tion has es tablished a Agriculture Business, B.S. (hereinafter receiving program), and will facilitate credit transfer and provide a smooth transi ti on from one related program to another. It is mutually agreed: Admission and Graduati on Requirements A The recei ving institution 's a dmi ssi on and program admi ssion requirements apply to both direct entry students and to studen ts who transfer under this agreeme nt. 8. Stude nts must fulfill the gr ad uati on requirements at both institutions. C. Stud e nts must comp l ete the e ntire sending program and meet the receiving instih1tion's admi ssion requirements for the agreement to app ly Transfer of Credits A. (hereinafter receiving program), and will facilitate credit transfer and provide a smooth transi tion from one related program to

    Admission and Graduation Requirements

    A The receiving insti tution 's admission and program admission requirements apply to both direct entry students and to students who transfer under this agreement.

    8. Students must fulfill the graduation requirements at both institutions. C. Students mus t complete the entire sending program and meet the receiving instih1tion's

    admission requirements for the agreement to apply

    Transfer of Credits

    A. The receiving insti tution will accept 60 credits from the sending program. A total of 60 credits remain to complete the receiving program.

    8. Courses w ill transfer as described in the attached Program Articulation Table.

    Implementation and Review

    A. The Chief Academic Officers or designees of the parties to this agreement will implement the terms of trus agreement, including identifying and incorporating an y changes into subsequent agreements, assuring compliance with system policy, procedure and guidelines, and cond ucting a periodic review of this agreement.

    8. This Articulation Agreement is effective on 01/01/2013 and shall remain in effect until the end date of 01/01/2018 or for five years, wruchever occurs first, unless terminated or amended by either party w ith 90 days prior written notice.

    C. The college and university shall work with students to resolve the transfer of courses should changes to either program occur while the agreement is in effect.

    D. Trus Articulation Agreement will be reviewed by both parties beginning 07/01/2017 (within six months of the end d ate).
