    During the week-long camp students will work in pairs to build and modify a 4x4 Remote Controlled (RC) vehicle. Youth will learn about electronics, engines, suspension, paint, and diagnostics and be introduced to the Auto Technician, Collision Repair, and Medium Heavy Truck programs. Camp culminates with a 4x4 RC race competition.

    Students get hands-on experience building, fixing, and racing gas-powered remote control cars. Students will be exposed to the working environment in the colleges marine and powersports shop with faculty and industry mentors, touring local businesses, and using tools of the trade.
