The Wilds Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay
Morrish, is an upscale public course nestled in a breathtaking
natural setting of Ponderosa pines, hardwoods, wet-lands and
wildlife habitats. The Wilds has 150 feet of elevation changes,
water in play on nearly half the holes, swift bentgrass fairways
and over 70 strategically placed bunkers. Multiple sets of tees
as well as generously wide fairways, enable golfers of all levels
to enjoy the course.
The Wilds Clubhouse, a stylish Frank Lloyd Wright inspired
design, offers a spectacular view of the surrounding community
and the eighteenth hole. The facility includes: locker rooms
with showers, sports bar, high definition televisions, wireless
internet, fair weather patio, banquet rooms, bride’s room, golf
shop and restaurant. The restaurant is open year round and pro-
vides casual dining by day and fine dining by night with twin-
kling lights of the Twin Cities in the distance. It’s the perfect

GOLF EVENT POLICIES
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
A completed Golf Event Contract and Deposit are required to
confirm and guarantee a date for the event.
EVENT CONFIRMATION
Events may be reserved up to one year in advance subject to
availability. Confirmation of the event will be issued by the Club
upon receipt of applicable deposit, completed event contract.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
SHOTGUNS
Any contracted shotgun event that is cancelled more than 90 days
in advance of the event date will be refunded 75% of the deposit.
Any cancellation between 60 to 90 days of the event date will
forfeit the deposit. Any cancellation within 60 days of the event
date will forfeit deposit, and in addition, pay the Club the
remaining event green fees for the player minimum (see player
minimum) unless the starting times have been resold by the Club.
The Club has the right to cancel event for any reason at any time
and refund any deposit(s).
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
CONSECUTIVE TEE TIMES
Any contracted consecutive tee time event that is cancelled more
than 30 days in advance of the event date will be refunded 75% of
the deposit. Any cancellation within 30 days of the event date will
forfeit deposit, and in addition, pay the Club the remaining event
green fees for the contracted players unless the starting times have
been resold by the Club. Any reduction of players within 14 days
in advance of the event date will be charged to the event unless
the starting times have been resold by the Club. The Club has the
right to cancel event for any reason at any time and refund any
deposit(s).
CLUB FACILITES
All events will have use of the Clubhouse facilities up to three (3)
hours preceding the event, and continuing up to three (3)
following the conclusion of play. Storage of event materials
(signs, banners, etc.) on behalf of the host sponsor, more than 3
days prior to 3 days after the event, are subject to a $50 daily
storage fee. The Practice Facilities with unlimited practice balls
will be available two (2) hours prior to the event. The Golf Shop
will be open up to two (2) hours following conclusion of play.
Any use of Facility outside of these times will be subject to a
$150 per hour charge.

GOLF EVENT POLICIES
PLAYER MINIMUM
There is a 24 player minimum (may be negotiated) for all AM
shotgun events, 100 player minimum (may be negotiated) for all
PM shotgun events, and a 16 player minimum for all consecutive
tee time events. Please review the cancellation/refund policy for
changes.
WEATHER
In the event of rain and/or inclement weather, play will continue
unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and closed by Club
management. In the event of lightning, play may be suspended
until such time as the threat of lightning has passed. If play is
unable to resume due to the continued threat of lightning or
closing of the golf course, Club management will meet with the
event coordinator(s) to reach a mutually agreeable conclusion for
the event. Remedies may include rescheduling the golf, the
issuance of prorated golf rain check to all players, credit toward a
future date. The food and beverage portion of the event will
continue as planned.
PACE OF PLAY
The Wilds Golf Club is committed to maintaining a standard pace
of play that will be enjoyable to all golfers. The USGA has rated
the golf course for a pace of play of 4 hours 18 minutes for 18
holes. All shotgun events are allowed a maximum pace of play of
5 hours. All groups are expected to keep pace with the group
ahead, and to be observant of their position on the golf course.
DRESS CODE
The dress code policy is designed to maintain an atmosphere
consistent with tradition of golf. All golfers, volunteers, and
vendors must adhere to the following:
Denim, jeans, tank tops and halter tops are not allowed on the
golf course.
Shorts for both men and women must be mid-thigh or
Bermuda length.
Men must wear shirts with collars and women must have
either a collar or sleeves.
The use of metal spikes are prohibited on the golf course at all
times.

GOLF EVENT POLICIES
CONDUCT
The Wilds Golf Club reserves the right to discontinue service to
anyone at the sole discretion of the Club. The Club also reserves
the right to remove anyone from the premises for not acting in
accordance with Club policies.
GOLF CART USAGE
The Wilds Golf Club has a fleet of 72 golf cars available for use
at a rate of 2 players per golf car. If there is a need for more than
72 golf cars, the event will be responsible for the additional rental
costs and a 20 day notice is required. All drivers must have a valid
drivers license and adhere to the local rules.
TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT & SCORING
The Professional Golf Staff will provide personalized cart signs,
scorecards, course set up, event hole contests, scoring,
merchandise services, scoreboard, results, and delivery and
placement of any hole sponsor signage. The Club is limited to a
certain amount of on course tables and chairs. It is the
responsibility of the event to request tables and/or chairs and
availability. If additional tables or chairs are needed, the event
will be responsible for the additional rental costs and a 20 day
notice is required.
USE OF THE WILDS LOGO, PHOTOS & SIGNAGE
The use of The Wilds Golf Club Logo and/or Photos are available
for advertising and all requests must be approved by Club
management prior to any use. Any items to be displayed on the
premises require approval in advance from the Club. MERCHANDISE REQUESTS
No outside merchandise is allowed without approval of Club
management. This includes tee gifts, prizes and awards given out
at The Wilds Golf Club. The Wilds Golf Club has numerous
vendor accounts and can provide a no obligation proposal for all
merchandise requests. All specialty logo item orders must be
placed at least 6 weeks in advance of the event date to ensure on
time delivery
RENTAL GOLF EQUIPMENT
Golf club rental sets are available at an additional cost. The Club
is limited to a certain amount of rental sets. It is the responsibility
of the event to request rental sets. If additional rental sets are
needed, a 20 day notice is required.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
All Food & Beverage activities must be arranged with the Food
& Beverage Department at The Wilds Golf Club. All Food and
Beverage product(s) must be purchased through The Wilds Golf
Club unless given specific approval by the Club management.
The use of any outside Food and Beverage product(s) are strictly
prohibited. A 19.5 percent service charge will be added to all
Food and Beverage charges.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All Alcoholic Beverage activities must be arranged with the Food
& Beverage Department at The Wilds Golf Club. All Alcoholic
Beverage product(s) must be purchased through The Wilds Golf
Club unless given specific approval by the Club management. The
use of any outside Alcoholic Beverage product(s) are strictly
prohibited. A 19.5 percent service charge will be added to all
Alcoholic Beverage charges.
EVENT RESPONSIBILITY
The event is responsible and shall reimburse The Wilds Golf Club
for damage, loss or liability incurred to The Wilds Golf Club by
any of the event’s guests including vendors that provide any
services or goods before, during and after the event. The event
agrees to indemnify and hold The Wilds Golf Club and its
Officers, Directors, Employees and Agents harmless from any and
all losses, claims, damages, liabilities (including reasonable
attorney’s fees, whether incurred in preparation for trial, at trial,
on appeal or in bankruptcy proceedings) joint or several, to which
The Wilds Golf Club may become subject as a result of the
agreement, any activities relating to any function at The Wilds
Golf Club occurring as result of this agreement, or any default
hereunder. All charges are due payable upon receipt of invoice.

GOLF EVENT POLICIES
TAXES
Costs do not include applicable MN Sales Taxes. MN Sales tax
are applicable for all qualifying purchases including but not
limited to event green fees, merchandise, and food and beverage
purchases. Any sales tax exempt organization must present a
valid MN Sales Tax Exemption Certificate before the Club will
waive any taxes. Food and beverage taxes do not apply to tax
exemption certificates.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
Deposit of 25 percent of estimated charges is required to
confirm and hold event date.
Remaining balance is required 3 business days prior to event
date.
Final billing invoice will be generated upon completion of
event and remaining balance will be due 30 days following
event date. After 30 days, any unpaid balance will begin to
accrue finance charges at the highest allowable rate, and will
be subject to any additional collection costs incurred by the
Club.
DISCLAIMERS
The Wilds Golf Club is not responsible for the damage or loss of
any items left at The Wilds Golf Club prior to, during, or
following the event. The Wilds Golf Club reserves the right to
change or modify any and all policies of The Wilds Golf Club at
anytime.
