C A U T I O N
Under
certain
conditions
the auto-focus
mechanism
may
not
function
properly,
they are
as
fol lows:
1.
When
there
is an
extremely br ight
l ight
source
or
ref lect ing
ight around
the auto-focus
zone.
2.
When
the subject is
highly lustrous
or
ref lect ive.Such
as,
the
surface
of water,
pol ished
metal , or
mirrors.
3. When the subject s unsubstant ia l r h ighly unref lect ive.Such as, lame, hair , or black objects.
4.
When there
is
glass
n
front
of the subject.
ln the
above cases,
ocus
on
another subject
the samedistance
away
and use he
focus hold. Then
recompose
he
scene
and
take the
picture.
Focts hold
Sometimes
condi t ions
or the desired
composi t ion
of a scene
won't
a l low
placing
he subject

the auto-focus
zone

the viewfinder.
This may cause
he subject or most
important
areaof
the
scene
to be out of
focus.
With

camera's
ocus-hold
feature
you
can
prefocus
on a specific
area
or subject before
you
