MINUTES BOARD OF SUPERVISORS JUNE TERM, 2003PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

TUESDAY JUNE 10, 2003

The Board of Supervisors met at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday the 10th day of June, 2003, in the Supervisors'

Room at the County Courthouse, Town of Poplarville, Mississippi with the following members of said

Board and officers of said County present, to-wit: Charles Ray Perry, President, member from District

No. Two; Vice-President, Anthony Hales, member from District No. One; Larry Davis, member from

district No. Three; Robert Thigpen, member from District No. Four; Troy Stockstill, member from

District No. Five; Nova Carroll, Board Attorney; Adrain Lumpkin, County Administrator; David Earl

Johnson, Chancery Clerk; and Joe Stuart, Sheriff.

The following proceedings were had and entered of record to-

wit:


MOTION TO TABLE BIDS ON CHASSIE/TANKER FOR AMACKERTOWN FIREDEPARTMENT There came on this day to be considered by the Board of

Supervisors of Pearl River County, Mississippi, the matter to table bids on Chassie/Tanker for Amackertown Fire Department. Upon motion made by Robert Thigpen and seconded by Anthony

Hales, the following order was adopted, to-wit:

There came on this day for consideration by the Board of Supervisors the matter of approving request

from Blueberry Jubilee Council, Inc. Upon motion made by Robert Thigpen and seconded byAnthony

Hales, the following was adopted, to-wit:

Be It Ordered by the Board of Supervisors to approve a request from the Blueberry Jubilee Council,

Inc. allowing vendors on Julia Street to utilize electricity from the County Building.

Supervisors of Pearl River County, Mississippi, the matter to approve request from property owner Judy Ashley for new easement of access for a parcel in conjunction with a subdivision of a parcel.

Mississippi, the matter to accept the aerial photography from MD Atlantic Technologies.
