ADVISORY BOARD REGULAR MEETING MONDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2020

Call to Order/ Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. A roll call was taken, and a quorum was present.
Election of Officers: • Chair: Mr. Peck nominated himself, seconded by Mr. Peregoy, there were no other
nominations• Vice-Chair: Mr. Peck nominated Mr. Peregoy, seconded by Ms. Esposito, there were no
other nominations.Nominations were unanimously agreed; Mr. Peck accepted the position of Chair and Mr. Peregoy accepted the position of Vice-Chair.
Sunshine Law, Roberts Rules of Order and Public Records Review: The Advisory Board viewed the Sunshine Law and Roberts Rules of Order presentation by the County Attorney and Ms. McDonald reviewed public records requests and record retention.
Changes to the Agenda / Motion to Approve Changes: None
Citizen Input on Agenda Items Only (3 Minute Limit): • Mr. Anlauf inquired on when the discussion of dredge location selection could be addressed
on this agenda.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes from September 14, 2020 were unanimously approved as submitted.
Unfinished Business: a. Future Navigational Trimming: Ms. McDonald noted Public Works has not received any
citizen requests and requested Mr. Anlauf bring forth any input from the civic association.The Advisory Board had no requests at this time.
New Business: a. FY21 Pre-Storm Bathymetric Survey: Public Works received dredging requests from citizens
on the Christopher Waterway. Mr. Peregoy received citizen input at the last Manchester Civic Association meeting regarding a possible rock in the channel by marker 8. The Advisory Board agreed to bring a recommendation to Public Works at the next meeting for the scope of work for the FY21 bathymetric survey.
