At the outset Sri K.M. Das, Add!. Director, (US) explained the purpose of themeeting and placed the agenda for discussion.

Agenda No- 1 : Confirmation of the minutes of 25th SLCmeeting held 15.05.2019The Minutes of the 25th SLC meeting had been circulated to the members in the

meeting and as no comments has received from the members, the Committee confirmedthe minutes of the 25th SLC meeting.

Agenda No- 2 : Approval of claims of NEIIPP-2007 under Insurance Scheme 2007.Sri K.M. Das, Add!. Director, (US) explained the procedure adopted for scrutinizing

the claims before placing in the Committee meeting. All the claims placed before theCommittee had already been scrutinized by officers of Industries & Commerce, Assam asper guideline of DIPP, Govt. of India. Further Sr. Finance & Account Officer and his auditteam of the Commissioner of Industries & Commerce, Assam has also vetted admissibilityof the amount in the light of guidelines issued by DIPP, Govt. of India.

There after 34 (thirty four) nos. of claims were placed for consideration of thecommittee. After threadbare discussion the committee approved all 34(thirty four) nos.

List of 34 (thirty four) nos. claim placed at Annexure-II

The meeting ended with vote of thanks from the chair.
