WHAT IS MyCommunityConcierge™?MyCommunityConcierge™ is a concierge program at The MiraBay Club and is a service-based program whose primary focus is to provide residents with an opportunity to enhance, simplify, and organize their lives through a personalized, dedicated concierge program. By establishing preferred vendors, we are able to target and refer specific products, services, and experiences while passing along incentives to utilize selected preferred vendors.

HOW DOES IT WORK?Our concierge program is a referral-based program linking local businesses and service providers to residents interested. Residents will schedule services and arrange payments to be made directly to the vendor. Our Concierge Associates will follow up to ensure that the work was done timely and in a professional manner, and will maintain a “scorecard” to help us to assure residents that we are making the best recommendations.

VENDOR ENROLLMENT We are currently enrolling vendors from the local community. If you are interested in becoming a preferred vendor for the MiraBay Community Concierge program, contact Mindy or Alex at (813) 649-1500.

Personal Training for Teens

Personal Training Program Especially for MiraBay TeensNot only does the MiraBay Club offer personal training to adults – we offer a program that educates and motivates teens between the ages of 12 and 15 who want to utilize the fitness center without a parent or guardian present. Teens can achieve their fitness goals either through personalized instruction designed to enhance results and provide improved quality of life, or they can work out on their own. Completion of the Teen Tune-Up Program and Certification Course is required before this age group can utilize the fitness center or personal training programs. The major workout components that teens learn in the introductory course include: how to set up a program (reps, sets, etc.), how to safely perform the selected exercises, and how to practice weight room safety and etiquette. The boats have been prepared and safety equipment is in place. As we leave our docks and safely travel Tampa Bay and beyond, be aware of the unique area surrounding us, particularly the 400 square mile estuary containing many species and wildlife. In addition to the manatees, there are dolphin, and 40,000 pairs of birds from brown pelican and Rosetta spoon bills to seasonal white pelicans. Fish, crab, shrimp and turtles all spend some critical stages of development in the near shore waters

protected from the larger predators of the open sea. Please do your part to protect this wonderful marine environment. When fishing, use proper catch and release techniques, keep only fish you’ll eat. Do not pollute with fishing line and other trash that entangles birds, manatees, fish, turtles and other wildlife.

As always, be safe,

Capt. Jim
