Message from the management ofCARIVOG INTERNATIONAL

What a milestone!! It was an honour to have celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2012; the same year that marked the 50th anniversary of Trinidad and Tobago’s independence and the Golden Jubilee of Her Majesty. We are fortunate and blessed to have the help and support of so many who became volunteer committee members. These members included nationals of other Caribbean islands with or without links to TnT; the fellowship found amongst these members goes beyond nationality. As time went by, the committee changed but the vision of nationals of Trinidad and Tobago living in harmony with nationals of other Caribbean islands and the UK remained strong. So far this is the most trying of all our years for it tested our faith, endurance and love for country. Under such pressure many advised that the show should not take place but we persevered and with prayers, determination and a great leader we prevailed against all odds. As the statement goes “The Show must go on”. This show survived its 10 years because there exist a spirit greater than an individual’s ego, stronger than the most powerful adversary and moving beyond the realm of what people feel is possible or not. Our challenges only made us stronger, for it helped us to stretch our resourcefulness and improve our performances. Our secret is commitment and love of country and the dedication towards the enlightenment and development of the young ladies of Trinidad and Tobago parentage who wants to know more about their country and its rich heritage, while developing a holistic approach to beauty. To the 2013 delegates we wish you a memorable experience and good luck in all future endeavours.Together we aspire, Together we Achieve.

Whilst in Tobago she stayed in Lynn Manor Villa and Cascadia Hotel Trinidad. Janelle was treated with tours of the islands by Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development Company and Tobago House of Assembly. She had the opportunity to model at Tobago Fashion week. Miss Fraser visited ministers and sponsors whilst promoting sponsors through television and national newspapers. She credits the Miss Trinidad and Tobago UK pageant with instilling a great sense of confidence saying that. “Miss Trinidad and Tobago is more than a pageant,You gain so much confidence and learn things about yourself on this journey. As a young lady it is so important for me to be connected to my roots and with the country of my birth”. The training I received has really moulded me and allowed me to become a good Ambassador for Trinidad and Tobago”.I wish all the delegates good luck, the new Miss Trinidad & Tobago UK 2013 a joyous regien as I did.
