Currently there are over 325,000 children in Pop Warner organizations in 36 states, Scotland, Germany, russia, Japan and Mexico. The NFLPA estimates that 70% of all current NFL Players got their start in Pop Warner Programs. For more information on Pop Warner and its programs visit www.popwarner.com It’s finally football season. I hope everyone had a great first week of the season! With the beginning of the season, I want to make sure that the players understand that your academics are everything, if you want to play in college. It’s the first thing most college coaches ask about, when they come to our campus to recruit a player. Fortunately, the Knight Football program will have at least 17 former Knights on College Football Rosters in the fall. That has a lot to do with their focus in the classroom, as well as on the field.
