These men are part of the incoming class to Batam Bible College this year. One of the primary condition for admittance to the school is that the prospective student should be a baptized member of the church. However when you plant churches as rapidly as we have the need to train and prepare men sometimes overcomes preconceived conditions. We had experienced in previous classes where the men were baptized just so they could come to the school and then later re-baptized once they understood the meaning and true purpose of being baptized into Christ. When the churches in Nias and Borneo, where rapid church expansion is taking place, asked us if they could send the men whom they had already been teaching but had not yet been baptized to the school we allowed it this time. The evangelist in the field explained that the new students wanted to confirm what they had already been taught by the evangelist. So the acceptance of the new students was with the clear idea that we could finish the process of calling them to Christ upon their arrival in Batam. In a period of six days the process of calling them to Christ was finished and ten men have been saved. At this time all thirty students in the school have been baptized. MISSION INDONESIA Dr. Winston Bolt

The above picture represents victory in Jesus and this is why you see the clenched first which represent a

fist pump of victory. These men are part of the incoming class to Batam Bible College this year. One of the

primary condition for admittance to the school is that the prospective student should be a baptized member

of the church. However when you plant churches as rapidly as we have the need to train and prepare men

sometimes overcomes preconceived conditions. We had experienced in previous classes where the men were

baptized just so they could come to the school and then later re-baptized once they understood the meaning

and true purpose of being baptized into Christ. When the churches in Nias and Borneo, where rapid church

expansion is taking place, asked us if they could send the men whom they had already been teaching but had

not yet been baptized to the school we allowed it this time. The evangelist in the field explained that the new

students wanted to confirm what they had already been taught by the evangelist. So the acceptance of the

new students was with the clear idea that we could finish the process of calling them to Christ upon their

arrival in Batam. In a period of six days the process of calling them to Christ was finished and ten men have

been saved. At this time all thirty students in the school have been baptized.
