MISSIONTo provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, fi nancial, educational, and other need-based assistance to active-duty and retired Sailors and Marines, their eligible family members, and survivors.

VISIONAs a non-profi t, volunteer service organization, we use both fi nancial and non-fi nancial resources to identify solutions to meet emerging needs. We help clients improve personal fi nancial skills and encourage individual fi nancial responsibility.
