• Capabilities often must include short field landings
• The ability to fit skies or floats • Tail draggers are preferred• Recent call for Turbine-Engine aircraft• Different planes for different regions
Their Training
• MAF requirements• Commercial Pilots License w/ Instrument
Rating and a Min. of 400 hours• Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Licence• 50 hours High Performance Time• Survival • Firm foundation in Jesus Christ
Dangers and Risks
• Unpredictable Weather• Take offs and Landings in “marginal”, “too
dangerous” or “impossible” locations• Flights over hazardous volcanoes, mountains
and oceans.
