DirectionsDrink all 5 juices per day, every 2-3 hours.

Be sure to drink LOTS of water throughout the day (at least 3 liters of water a day).

Eat a clean dinner that consists of vegetables and fruit per day.

Juice Cleanse Tips:Cut out animal meat, processed foods, sugar and wheat a few days before your cleanse.

GGrocery shop a day or two in advance in case you don’t find everything at a single store.

Make sure you have enough juice jars to last you throughout the day.

Prep produce, put in baggies and label per meal to save you time.

It’s ok to adjust juice recipes to your liking.

Drink juice every 2-3 hours to avoid getting hungry.

Consult with your doctor before beginning any juice cleanse.
