Mistletoe Fayre SATURDAY 28 th NOVEMBER 11.30 AM TO 1.30 PM Sponsored by Beal’s Eastleigh 023 8065 0999 http://beals.co.uk/all-offices/eastleigh/ Preparations are well underway for our Mistletoe Fayre on Saturday 28 th November. As always, the Mistletoe Fayre would not be a success without your help. We are therefore asking for the following assistance. TIME FOR A WINTER CLEAROUT! – Monday 23 rd to Friday 27 th November We would be grateful of any donations of toys (in good condition please). We are also looking for any unwanted, clean and nearly new soft cuddly toys for our Soft Toy Tombola. Please note we will be unable to accept donations of books this time. JAM JAR TOMBOLA – Monday 23 rd to Friday 27 th November Our Jam Jar Tombola is always very popular with the children. We are seeking jam jar donations; a clean jam jar (with the lid) filled with sweets and/or little toys and decorated in some way. An easy way to decorate a jam jar is to have a square of wrapping paper secured to the top of the jam jar with an elastic band or ribbon. Stickers on the side of jam jars are also very effective and tinsel too, given the time of year. This is a really easy way to clear out any unwanted sweets, McDonald toys, party bag toys, little cars, plastic animals etc. CAKE DONATIONS - Friday 27 th November Our Cake Stall is always full of amazing treats and often one of the first stalls to sell out! Please could all cake donations come into school on Friday 28 th November. They could either be whole cakes for sharing, or individual ones. We would be grateful if cakes did not include nuts. BOTTLE TOMBOLA - NON UNIFORM DAY – Friday 27 th November We will be holding a non uniform day on Friday 27 th November when your child will be able to wear their normal clothes to school in exchange for a bottle for our Bottle Tombola. If the weather is kind, the doors to the music room leading out to the playground will be open the morning of Friday 27 th so bottle donations can be bought directly into the music room. Otherwise please give to your child to take into their class in the morning. No open bottles or anything out of date please! FRIENDS OF FAIR OAK INFANTS SCHOOL NEED YOU! We will also need volunteers to help on the day setting up, during the Fayre and to clear away. Also any help in the week leading up to the Fayre with sorting and labelling donations

Preparations are well underway for our Mistletoe Fayre on Saturday 28th November. As always, the Mistletoe Fayre would not be a success without your help. We are therefore asking for the following assistance.

TIME FOR A WINTER CLEAROUT! – Monday 23rd to Friday 27th NovemberWe would be grateful of any donations of toys (in good condition please). We are also looking for any unwanted, clean and nearly new soft cuddly toys for our Soft Toy Tombola. Please note we will be unable to accept donations of books this time.

JAM JAR TOMBOLA – Monday 23rd to Friday 27th NovemberOur Jam Jar Tombola is always very popular with the children.

CAKE DONATIONS - Friday 27th November Our Cake Stall is always full of amazing treats and often one of the first stalls to sell out! Please could all cake donations come into school on Friday 28 th

November. They could either be whole cakes for sharing, or individual ones. We would be grateful if cakes did not include nuts.

BOTTLE TOMBOLA - NON UNIFORM DAY – Friday 27th NovemberWe will be holding a non uniform day on Friday 27th November when your child will be able to wear their normal clothes to school in exchange for a bottle for our Bottle Tombola. If the weather is kind, the doors to the music room leading out to the playground will be open the morning of Friday 27th so bottle donations can be bought directly into the music room. Otherwise please give to your child to take into their class in the morning. No open bottles or anything out of date please!

FRIENDS OF FAIR OAK INFANTS SCHOOL NEED YOU!We will also need volunteers to help on the day setting up, during the Fayre and to clear away. Also any help in the week leading up to the Fayre with sorting and labelling donations would be greatly appreciated. Any offer of help, however small, does make a difference as it really is a case that many hands make light work! If you are able to help, please pop into school and leave your details with the School Office or speak to your child’s teacher. Come along and make some new friends and have fun as a family! CHRISTMAS RAFFLEYour child will soon be bringing home two books of raffle tickets in their book bag, if you wish to purchase them please return the stubs and money to the school office where further tickets are available. Please can we ask you return any unwanted tickets to the School Office or leave them inside your child’s book bag. Volunteers will go through the book bags before the Fayre and remove any unwanted tickets so that we can sell them on the day itself. This year we have some amazing prizes and don’t forget - the more tickets you buy the better your chance of winning!
