YMR Partnership is an East African based professional quantity surveying firm with permanent offices in Kenya and Uganda.

Established in 1985, YMR Offices have a total staffing of 5 Partners, 23 qualified Quantity Surveyors and 10 Technical and

Administrative staff members.

The Nairobi office services projects in East and Central Africa, namely Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Sudan, Ethiopia,

Mauritius, Somalia, DRC , Congo and Djibouti.

We have significant experience and knowledge of construction in the region and are one of the largest, most professional and

experienced quantity surveying firms based in East Africa. YMR focuses on a solutions-driven approach to deliver the best

outcomes for clients investing in infrastructure, property and construction across a variety of markets adding value through every

stage of the development process, as well as post completion services.

YMR Partnership provides construction consultancy services in the fields of urban and rural development, construction and civil

The partners and staff all have considerable experience in theEast African region, with significant professional experience in all above sectors.

This is done by continuous advice and option costing on more costeffective alternatives, standardization when appropriate, negotiation with contractor and sub-contractors alike, etc.
