1. Searching for a formula
• Start by selecting your preferred tinting system. You can choose from:
FEYRAL, FEYMIX or FEYMIX-AQUA.
Note: In some cases, depending on your specific requirements only one or two tinting systems may be available with your software.
• Once you have chosen the required tinting system, search e.g. in FEYRAL for Alpocryl LE RAL 4001 2.5 kg.
6Page 5 von 5
To continue, proceed as follows:
• Click on "Search for formula".
• Start by selecting the colour tab which contains the colour. In our example this would be RAL.
7Page 6 von 6
• Next, choose the required quality. Here, we want to select Alpocryl LE.
• Then select the colour.
• There are three ways to do this (see options a) to c)):
a) You can enter the colour directly. IMPORTANT - set the search criterion to "Occurrence".
This allows you to search for colour fragments as well.
• Click on the binoculars icon to search for the formula.
8Page 7 von 7
b) You can get the system to display an overview of available colours if you are unsure of the exact name you are looking for. You can then select the required colour from the list.
• To do this, click on the monitor to have all available colours displayed.
• Then select the required colour. In our example this would be RAL 4001
9Page 8 von 8
• Double-click twice with the left-hand mouse button to select the colour and enter it in the "Number" field.
• Click on the binoculars icon to have the formula displayed.
c) You can also select the required colour from a list in a table.
• To do this, click on the binoculars icon to have all available colours displayed in a table.
10Page 9 von 9
• To select the required colour from the table, double-click on it in the display.
In our example this would be RAL 4001
• Enter the required quantity of the formula.
• Click on the traffic lights icon to confirm.
11Page 10 von 10
• The formula is displayed.
Specific information relating to the displayed formula may be shown here.

Additional information
Compounds with a purple background: Clear screen display not available as standard in the mixing ramp
Quantity highlighted in red: Quantity has been rounded up or down by the system.
Double-click with the left-hand mouse button to switch the units
from kg to L and vice versa.
IMPORTANT: FEYCO mix formulas cannot be deleted or modified in this screen.

2. Creating your own formulas
• Go to the menu item "Formulas" and select "New Formula".
• Enter your formula.
• Enter the number, name, possibly the customer and any notes. • You can freely choose the text/numbers you wish to enter. The fields permit
any alpha-numerical inputs. • The number is what you will subsequently use to identify and locate your
formula.
14Page 13 von 13
• Next choose the product ID under which the formula is to be saved. The product ID corresponds to the required quality for your formula.
• Enter the composition of your formula. • If you double-click on the fields "Compound 1-5" the system will suggest the corresponding formula components. Double-click to select the correct component.. • Note: FEYRAL is a spot colour system, so the field marked "Binding Agent"
does not need to be filled in. This information should be added for FEYMIX and FEYMIX-AQUA.
15Page 14 von 14
• Next enter the weight shares for the individual formula components. • Note: Enter the weight shares according to your mix. It is not necessary to achieve a total of 100%. • Note: Any additives which are required, such as 30% basecoat for Alpocryl KF KF 636000, will need to be manually added to the formula. The program does
not automatically calculate the required quantities of additives for different qualities.
• Would you like to recalculate the formula you have entered for a certain weight or for 100%?
16Page 15 von 15
• To do this, enter the required weight and press "Enter" to confirm.
• The formula is then recalculated.
• Save the formula.
17Page 16 von 16
• To search for your formula, follow the procedure described above,
but look in the new area: "Own Formulas"
18Page 17 von 17
• Under the menu item "Formula" / "Change Formula" you can modify your formula at any time.
19Page 18 von 18
• You can also delete your formula or resave it once changes have been made.
20Page 19 von 19
3. Data backup
• Launch Windows Explorer (or the corresponding file manager) for your
system. • Under the directory C:/Tint200/Data1 you will find the file: LTUSR.LRF. • In order to back up your own formulas, copy this file to a different directory. • In the event of any loss of data in C:/Tint2000/Data1 or after a reinstallation
of the software you can copy the data back into the directory C:/Tint200/Data1.
If applicable, follow the same procedure for the directories Data2 and Data3 as described above.

4. Printing labels
• Various labels (continuous) can be printed for the labelling of containers.
• Adjust the settings to match your available printer and your personal preferences. • The delivery package includes a standard label printout.
22Page 21 von 21
5. Printing a formula (DIN A4)
• Search for a formula as described under point 1.
• Enter the required quantity.
• Press the print button to print out the formula together with all associated information.
• Note: If you cannot see a print button, then you will need to install the printer
as described in point 2 ("Installation of the series printer") in the installation instructions.

6. Working with scales • Connecting a set of scales to Largo Tint 200 will help you weigh in the ingredients. • Open the main screen for the weighing function. (This is only visible if you have enabled it beforehand in the program setup.)
• You can access various functions from this screen. • The program imports the container/batch size from the main screen, and this can still be changed here prior to weighing. Position the mouse pointer in the input field and enter the new volume (click on [Enter] to update the formula). • To start weighing in the formula, choose one of the components (by clicking
on it) and then click on the weighing button (in the example above we have chosen the component C06).
• If the scales need to be manually tared (the program will also tell you if this is necessary), click on the tare button (shown with the hand symbol).
• If too much of a component has been weighed in, the program can recalculate the formula based on the one component of which too much has been added. To do this, click on the recalculate button (shown with the calculator icon).
• If the formula which has just been weighed differs from the original and you would like it to be saved in the user file (in case you need to prepare the same mix at a later date) then click on the save button to send the current formula to the formula input screen.
24Page 23 von 23
At the start of the weighing process the program will always request that the scales are tared (this should normally be the first step anyway). Then the weighing screen is displayed and the program starts monitoring the scales.
The article number of the compound is displayed in the weighing window.
In the middle you will see the target weight and the current indication on the scales (in green) along with a percentage on the right. When you then add a component, the display for the scales shows the new weight and the percentage for the new ratio. The background will remain green while the gap to the target weight is still large, but once you get closer to the target weight it changes to yellow.
25Page 24 von 24
When you are nearly at the target weight, the background of the percentage box changes to red.
When the target weight has been reached (or exceed in the worst case) the percentage display will change to a stop symbol. If you click on the notebook symbol the program is instructed to save the recorded weight (this is normally done to exit this function). If you click on the discard button then the program will return to the main weighing screen without saving the current weight.

7. Help
• The "Help" function contains brief help information from the software developer.
• In addition, you can also go to "Help" / "Largo Tint" to find information about the software version.
27Page 26 von 26
• Under "Help" / "Chosen Tinting System" you can find information on the tinting system, e.g. the number of saved formulas.
