The country take the lead with the support of CampusThis is a generic roadmap, each onboarding plan is unique

1 step = 1 month

Phase 0 : COMMITMENTIn order to start a local project in good conditions, fundamentals have to be

shared and validated between central & the GM prior to the induction session. This is a half day / one day session, depending on the complextity, the level of

understanding and the scope (POS / VET )

Phase 1 : PREPARATIONBefore starting the deployment of the country, few concretes task must be

initialize : With this work, the rollout will take place with an existing platform and help the country to engage people.

Phase 2 : ROLLOUTSeveral month of onboarding, with an iterative, step by step approach, central roll out manager + domain experts will follow and support the country going

through all the identified tasks

Phase 3 : PRE & POST LAUNCH Launch and post launch are critical steps, central team and local follow a day by

day plan to ensure a smooth launch
