2010 Highlights

• Developed short and long term Diversity Action Plan with Steering Committee

• Hosted annual Attorneys of Color Retreat

• Coordinated response to AOC letter: MLAC Retention Task Force was formed

• Provided support to PD’s re:Retention of staff of color

• 2nd annual diversity workshop for MLP

To create a representative and collaborative atmosphere within legal services and to provide accessible, welcoming and culturally competent services to clients of all backgrounds and their communities

• New MISSION STATEMENT – September 2010

To create a diverse, representative and collaborative environment within legal services in order to provide accessible, welcoming and culturally competent services to clients of all backgrounds and their communities.
