Mission

Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national non-profit that has made ground-breaking progress developing the next generation of African American, Hispanic and Native American leaders in major corporations, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Founded in 2002, by Harvard MBA John Rice, our growing organization consists of 35 dedicated employees stretched over three states and two continents.

4. Full Participation Complete all monthly skill building assignments. Prepare for monthly coach calls. Attend 4 leadership development trip.

Some exceptions for students studying abroad

1. I have to be a business majorMLT and our corporate partners are looking for students from all disciplines and majors – from liberal arts to engineering.

2. I have to have a firm career goal alreadyYou don’t need to know exactly what you want to do after college. Part of MLT’s program mission is to expose you to new opportunities to help you determine what you want to do.
