About the National WorkshopIndia is one of fastest growing country in

the world with many economic reforms andDigital initiatives in various fields. One of theradical steps initiated is demonetisation, tocrack down black money and moving tocashless economy. Computation of totalincome and tax liability of an individual plays amajor role in the development of economy ofthe country. The digitization resulted inaccumulation of large amount of sensitive data.In addition to that, the social media sites haveevolved as hotbeds for various financial andsocial crimes. Hence, the demand for expertsin the field of Cyber Security is growing at afast face. The increased use of Internet-basedtools and services resulted in the emergenceof virtual labs, a unique opportunity to boostpractical skills and to bridge the gap of digitaldivide. Advances in computer applications,during the past few decades have broughtradical changes in the way information isgathered, stored, organized, accessed,retrieved and consumed. There are variousforms of E-resources available on DigitalPlatforms like e-encyclopedias, e-books, e-journals, CD-ROM databases, e-mail, internetetc.

At this juncture, University College forWomen is organising a Two Day NationalWorkshop on “Digitisation: E- Sensitisation& E- Learning”, on 7th & 8th September, 2017.The workshop enables to have a comprehensive
