ProductivityEvernote is a great free note app that stores your notes in the cloud. There is also a computer application as well that works with the mobile app.
Microsoft Office apps are now FREE!
Since the data is stored in the cloud if your device malfunctions you can still access your notes from any Internet connected device. Crisis averted!
Entertainment
Watch a movie or a TV show on the go ($7.99/mo)!
I haven’t had Cable for over two years now. If you can live without live new or sports, what are you waiting for?
Recently I decided to subscribe to Amazon Prime as well. For $99/yr I get access to free TV shows, movies, eBooks, and free two-day shipping.
Finance
Mint.com is like a real-time digital checkbook. Mint keeps track for all your purchases, bills, and account balances!
I personally use Mint to keep track of my finances for two years now, and it has worked like a charm. The initial setup is quite involved but then everything runs great!
You can even set Mint to notify you when a bill is due or you have a low account balance.
Social NetworkingHail to the king, baby! There are many social networking apps including Twitter, Tumblr, and the like for mobile devices, but only one service has a billion users, Facebook!
As far as I know every app allows users to post to Facebook from within the app. Sharing is easy on Facebook.
Like most apps, the Facebook app has some limitations when compared to their website, but most functionality is there.
