Only On-device contacts are transferred. Contacts associated with cloud accounts

(Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) are not transferred.

All contacts including the on-device contacts and those associated with a cloud account are transferred.*

Contact De-duplication Based on Synchronoss algorithm. For P2P transfers contacts already transferred are

not overwritten.
