Mobile & Full Stack Developer Available immediately as of December 2017 FitSense (fitsense.io) is a data analytics startup founded in Singapore. Our platform enables companies to personalize their products & services using health & fitness data from mobile phones and connected devices. Since October, we are part of the Cover-More Group, one of the world’s most renowned travel insurance and medical assistance businesses, and moved our operations to an amazing new space in North Sydney – in-house barista, and bike repair shop inclusive. What is the role about? Reporting to the CTO, we are looking for a passionate full stack developer to join our small team. You’re an independent thinker, with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with our CTO and the rest of the team to test new applications, develop and refine our web and mobile platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop high quality code that is well documented and follows best practice • Work on web and mobile as well as back end and front-end applications • Integrate 3 rd party API’s as well as design your own RESTful API’s. • Translate UI/UX designs from our in-house designer to front end code • Design and implement backend architectures that are extensible in the future • Implementation of security and data protection best practices • Rapid prototype of new ideas and designs About you You are a full stack developer with at least 3 years’ experience. You enjoy rapidly prototyping new ideas and designs, as well as challenging and contributing to our software design. You work well independently and have a passion for new technologies, tools, languages and frameworks.
