ADVANTAGES OF BLEND PLANTS

- On-site mixing machine: Blend is a complete batching plant for mixing directly on-site having the materials in different compartments. Materials are dosed into the single shaft ribbon mixer according to recipe and by automation. There is no need to wait for concrete deliveries or additional costs for excess material.

- Aggregates: from 1 to 3 aggregate hoppers for different materials and sizes according to the chosen E-Series Model.

- Automation: onboard computer for fully automated pro-duction with simple and intuitive software. This computer controls cement and aggregate weighing, water and admix-tures dosage.

- Certification: thanks to the control system, Blend plants can produce structural concrete with a precision of +/-1%. The production of concrete is certifiable.

- Power: onboard diesel or electric engine or in alternative directly from the truck PTO.

- Mobile: the Blend plant can be mounted on a truck, trailer, railwagon or be fixed. There is no need for installation works.

- Mixer: single shaft ribbon mixer with capacity up to 70 m3/h

- Cleaning: easy access to the mixer to wash the machine with only 70 lt of water.

The electronic control unit with military grade protection on Blend plants keeps the production and concrete flow under constant control by its sensors. Different types and qualities of recipes can be stored and selected. No manual operations are necessary.
