We surveyed 104 Dreamforce attendees in San Francisco on October 13 and 14, 2014.
Participants answered an 8 question survey, administered by an Invoca employee.
Results were tabulated and analyzed using GetFeedback.com

Inbound call volume is grossly underestimated.
80% of respondents underestimated how many calls are made to businesses each year by millions. The actual number, according to BIA/Kelsey, is 30 billion in 2013 from mobile search alone; this number is expected to rise to more than 73 billion in 2018.

Yet, respondents admit to making lots of calls…
69%have called a business
within the past 24 hours.

…and acknowledge inbound calls are more valuable than online leads.
53% think that inbound calls are the most valuable lead type. (And they’re right -- they convert at 10-15x the rate of online leads.)
