●Compact size and light-weight with the same appearance and operability as non-explosion-proof type GC51 and GC52.●Adjustment of display and output ranges is possible with scaling function.●The display unit provides easy-to-read LCD indication, in which LED backlight is used. You can clearly read measured values even in dark places.●Because the insulated safety barrier is used, Type A intrinsic safety ground work is unnecessary.

These products are the 2 wire intrinsically safe explosion-proof construction pressure transmitter with a display and SS sensor and the 2 wire intrinsically safe explosion-proof construction differential pressure transmitter with a display and SC sensor (GC52). Please use in combination with insulated safety barrier. Conforming to the IEC intrinsically safe explosion-proof construction standard, they can be used in “ZONE 0” place where explosive gas always exists. (Explosion class: Exia ⅡC T4) In combination with the non-explosion-proof type GC51/GC52, pressure measurement in a wide range of industrial process measurement (Fine pressure to high pressure) is possible.

The semiconductor evaporated type (SS) sensor, which has a record of achievements in various industrial fields, has an integrated construction from the semiconductor strain gauge part and sensing part to pressure connection part and no adhesives and corrosive materials are used. Therefor it has superior durability and stability.

Since the sensor section contains a sealed-in silicon capacitance (SC) sensor formed by micromachining and the wetted parts consist of a stainless steel diaphragm, it handles a wide range of medium and can measure minute differential pressure with high reliability and high sensitivity.
