    Staffing is an integral and essential part of whatthe Club can offer to its players. Coaches

    directly interact, and have an impact upon, theone product in the game: players.

    The coaching staff are responsible forformulating and developing the technical plan

    for the Club. This is their blueprint for playerdevelopment.

    PROGRAMMING

    The extent of a Clubs programming amounts towhat its able to offer after registering its players

    and teams. This includes both recreational andselect players.

    Programming to affect development mustamount to more than two training sessions and

    one competitive match per week. Programming has a direct relationship with the

    expertise of the technical staff and facilities.

In the past we havetried to train the Dutch way, the Brazilian way,etc. We can and will together create the finestplayers in the world if we understand thegrowth, development and specific characteristics

    of our youth. Distributing the body ofinformation from the Y License is the firststep.
