I nuovi porta coltelli personalizzati della Serie CPC, che fanno parte del “PROGETTO HACCP PER COLTELLERIE”, sono stati studiati dalla VELOX BARCHITTA per agevolare tutte le operazioni nellequali si devono maneggiare i coltelli, dall’utilizzo in lavorazione, al lavaggio, alla disinfezione e allo stoccaggio. Durante il trasporto dei coltelli i cestelli CPC avranno la funzione di custodia di sicu-rezza, evitando accidentali cadute, grazie alla loro speciale chiusura. Potranno essere utilizzati come porta coltelli direttamente appesi al tavolo di lavoro, dal quale verranno rimossi a fine turno, nonlasciando residui di sporco, come sui vecchi supporti di polizene, diventeranno poi un efficace supporto per il lavaggio nella lava coltellerie, per poi essere utilizzati come cestelli di stoccaggio negliarmadi di disinfezione SERIE AR. La possibilità poi di numerare i cestelli, o di scrivere direttamente il nome dell’operatore a cui si affidano gli utensili in esso contenuti, fanno si che diventino ancheuno strumento di tracciabilita’ sull’uso e la manutanzione che l’operatore riserva ai suoi strumenti di lavoro.

The new CPC Series of customisable knife holders, part of the "CUTLERY PROJECT HACCP" has been designed by VELOX BARCHITTA to facilitate all knife handling operations, from use through washing to disinfecting and storing. CPC knife hol-ders act as a safety sheath while the knives are being transported, with a special closure to prevent them from falling out. They can be used as knife holders hanging from the work surface and can be removed at the end of the work sessionwithout leaving traces of dirt as with the old-style polyzene holders. They then become an effective holder for washing in the cutlery washing machine and later for storing the knives in AR SERIE disinfecting cabinets. You can also number thebaskets or mark them directly with the name of the operator responsible for the knives they contain, thus making them an invaluable tool to help trace use and maintenance of the working tools by the operator.

Les nouveaux supports personnalisés de la Série CPC, qui font partie du “PROJET ARMPC POUR LA COUTELLERIE”, ont été mis au point par VELOX BARCHITTA afin de faciliter toutes les opérations qui comportent la manipulation de couteaux, del’utilisation durant le travail en passant par le lavage, la désinfection et le stockage. Les supports CPC auront une fonction d’étui de protection durant le transport des couteaux, évitant toute chute fortuite grâce à leur fermeture spéciale. Ils pourrontêtre utilisés comme porte couteaux directement accrochés à l’établi duquel ils seront ôtés en fin de roulement sans laisser de saleté résiduelle, comme c’était le cas pour les anciens supports en polyéthylène, et deviendront un support efficace lorsdu lavage dans le lave couteaux avant d’être utilisés comme supports de stockage dans les armoires de désinfection de la SÉRIE AR. La possibilité de numéroter les paniers ou d’écrire directement le nom de l’opérateur qui se voit remettre les usten-siles qu’ils contiennent les transforme également en instrument de traçabilite quant à l’utilisation et l’entretien que l’opérateur réserve à son outil de travail.

Die neuen kundengerechten Messerhalter der Serie CPC, die Bestandteil des “PROJEKTS HACCP FÜR MESSER” sind, wurden von VELOX BARCHITTA mit dem Ziel entwickelt, alle Arbeiten, bei denen die Verwendung von Messern erforderlich ist,zu erleichtern: Vom Schneid- und Spulvorgang bis hin zur Desinfektion und Lagerung. Die CPC-Halter dienen als sichere Aufbewahrung der Messer während des Transports und verhindern aufgrund ihres speziellen Schließsystems unbeabsichtigtesHerausfallen. Sie können direkt an der Arbeitsfläche angebracht und nach Schichtende wieder entfernt werden; sie lassen außerdem keine Schmutzreste zuruck, wie zum Beispiel die bisherigen Halter aus Polyethylen. Sie eignen sich besondersals Halter in Messerspulgeräten und können zur Aufbewahrung der Messer in den Desinfektionsschränken der SERIE AR eingesetzt werden. Die Möglichkeit, die Halter zu nummerieren bzw. den Namen des, fur die Handhabung der Messer,zuständigen Bedieners auf die Halter zu schreiben, bietet den Vorteil, die Verwendung und die Wartung der Arbeitsgeräte durch den Bediener stets nachvollziehen zu können.
