M Profile Flat system
100x50x100 mm galvanized l anchors are fixed with an average vertical distance of 62.5 cm and horizontal distance of 150 cm by using 1 m10x90 mm dowels on the concrete parts on the flats and special plastic threaded dowels on the brick or gas concrete surfaces of the building where the application will take place.
heat insulation application is fixed onto the building at this stage by using threaded inserts with appropriate intensity and size as needed by the building. After that, 40x40x2 box section steel profiles are fixed onto the galvanized l anchors with 5.5x25 mm trapeze screw and 6 mm geomet screws taking care to ensure three dimensional leveling (it is suggested that moisture barrier be coated over the system). Subsequently, 20x80x0.5 mm m profiles are fixed onto the horizontal bearing elements based on the axis of the sheet vertically with an average distance of 60 cm between them.
modelpan magnesite Building Board (when used with 10-12 mm thickness) is mounted on m Profile by using modelpan yBh mu geomet screw with stopper by leaving an average of 3 mm joint space between two sheets. This screwing takes place with a distance of 20 cm between the boards.
modelpan boards are screwed by leaving 2 cm from the flat margin and 4 cm from the borders. The screws used during the mounting process are buried inside the material about 2 mm. The joint spaces left between modelpan boards are filled with polyurethane mastic, and screw heads are also sealed with the same sealants. following these works, facing work is completed with a high quality undercoat painting and two coats of exterior painting.

M Profile Fluted system
If fluted system is to be deployed with modelpan magnesite Building Board, modelpan boards that have been dimensioned with a size of 10 cm in advance should be mounted onto the m-profiles in the same direction. modelpan boards which have been re-dimensioned by being cut 1250 mm x 2500 mm from the board using a diamond cutter are fixed onto the previously prepared bearing system with modelpan yBh mu geomet screw with stopper.
The joint spaces left between modelpan boards are filled with modelpan paste. Screw heads are also sealed with the same paste. filled joint spaces and screw heads are rubbed with sandpaper. following these works, facing work is completed with a high quality undercoat painting and two coats of exterior painting.

No gap should be allowed by fixing it firmly by applying a tape at the side of the brackets and at joints. Aluminum T-profiles are screwed to the brackets using AKB screws.
Bearing rail profile is fixed from one end to the other so as to coincide with the horizontal joints on the T-profile. 5-cm long pieces are cut out from ePdm piping and are placed on the wick drain so as to be placed on four corners of modelpan boards. Tongue and groove channels are opened from the top and bottom of modelpan boards with at least 18 mm thick modelpan boards as dimensioned according to the project. The plates on which the channels have been thus opened are placed on the horizontal rail profile mechanically. The mounting process is completed by continuing the application horizontally and vertically in this way. Subsequently, the application is completed by painting modelpan magnesium oxide board with the desired color.
