The Zambelli facade range offers you five different cladding systems to turn individual building designs into reality. All of the systems are based on metal components that are planned and produced in our very own factories. Our quality management activities are based on our roots as a German craft business and are continuously being expanded by the experience we acquire from taking part in major international projects. A VISUALALL-ROUNDERDesigning with Zambelli metal facades is simply fun. Because the materials we use foster creativity. You can use the colour coating, surface refinement or screen-printing options to make your facade completely unique to you. Give each building its own unique character!

Only tested materials are used. Zambelli is subject to external monitoring by the Materialprüfanstalt Hannover (MPA), a materials testing institute based in Hanover.

Colours add an atmospheric touch to buildings. From the cool modern look to pop art and warm earthy tones, the Zambelli colour spectrum offers everything you could wish for. We produce your facade in all colours, varnishes and anodisations. Our coatings meet the highest weathering and corrosion resistance re-quirements. Facade cladding with Zambelli metal panels offers you a planning process in just a few steps. Since the panel finishes are highly variable, you can achieve different building characteristics with minimal design effort. Sin-ce both standard and special widths are possible, the facade can be divided and gridded to suit your wishes.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION ON SCHEDULE

Panel assembly requires just a few work steps. Standard tools enable fixing with screws or rivets. The moun-ting substrate can be made of wood or metal profiles.

Standard panel widths: 300 – 600 mm. Standard panel lengths: 600 – 8000 mm.

PERFECTION AND ZEITGEIST

Contemporary architecture can be turned into a reality with Zambelli Identity. We can produce the cassette elements in individual dimensions and basic shapes. Even three-dimensional building surfaces are possible. You are free to choose the distance between joints to create an interplay of shadow and light. The system includes round-shaped parts, building corner cladding and pillar cladding.

VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE FIXING

Zambelli Identity is a bolt suspension system. You have two different mounting options to choose from: visib-le bolt fixing using permanently positioned suspension bolts in the water-carrying U-profile or invisible fixing by means of positioning bolts on the facade element with holding slots created on the vertical U-profile.

Shape a site’s history with your architecture. Zambelli Adapto allows you to turn ideas beyond the standard into reality. Multiply curved, spherical and aspherical surfaces are possible as building envelopes. The clad-ding elements are characterised by all-round sharp-edged and linear ends for open joint design. Zambelli Adapto allows you to redefine the future.

ADAPTIVE SUBSTRUCTURE AS A GUARANTEE OF FUNCTION

The adaptive substructure we developed is a dilatation-free sealing plane that can be fixed without any need for penetration. Water distribution is taken over by the Zambelli substructure. A separate holding and fun-ctional shell would also be possible as an alternative. This ensures a high level of building safety in the long term, regardless of the location and weather conditions.

THE RIB-ROOF ASSEMBLY SYSTEM

All components of a RIB-ROOF building envelope are fixed without penetration. The direct sheet clip assem-bly developed by Zambelli ensures a simple planning process and a smooth assembly sequence. All sheets are connected using a sliding standing seam, so no mechanical crimping is necessary.
