Production
Throughout the equipment production cycle, GRASYS maintains the
rigid quality control of materials and component parts used, as well as of
equipment units fabricated at each stage of manufacture and assembly.
Being engaged in supplies and works for major foreign companies, our
company has more than once successfully passed independent quality
audits, including the audit of its production base, carried out by such
companies as ExxonMobil, LMF (Austria).
GRASYS quality management system is certified as compliant with the
international standards ISO 9001:2008.
R&D
The research and development activities are being carried out at the
specialized laboratories of RRC Kurchatovsky Institute in close cooperation
with the leading membrane producers and research centers.
Over the past 5 years, GRASYS has developed a break-through and in many
ways unique membrane technology for hydrocarbon gases separation
on the basis of its in-house CarboPEEK hollow-fiber membrane. These
efforts culminated in the manufacture of industrial plants and development
of technological solutions in the field of associated petroleum gas (APG)
membrane treatment.
