Vows ships orders 100% complete when all items are ready unless o�er arrangements are made.Should an incorrect item have been shipped in error, please notify us wi�in two business days of receipt. In �e rare case an item is received damaged, defective or wi� any irregularity a wri�en notification must be provided to Vows wi�in two days of customer receipt. Vows does not offer returns or refunds.. In order for an exchange to be processed, items must be full-priced items and received in �eir original, unworn and unused condition and enclosed in �e original packaging. In �e event an item arrives in a condition where it cannot be resold, �e item will not be issued as store credit. Customers are responsible for �e return and exchange shipping and any handling charges or duties. In �e event �at an exchange is lost in �ansit, Vows cannot be held liable and �erefore recommends all exchanges be shipped wi� �ird party �acking. Should a rush exchange be needed, please contact us directly. Custom made items are not available for exchange.
