- There is a boss who commands the rest of the workers.

The workers work in groups in differnt places of the factory and

they have an especific job which is controlled by another

boss.

- The raw materials, work force, technology, management.

-Some groups of workers work with different materials, using

machines, to obtain other products that can be used by

other group. And so on until they get the final product.

- There is a division of labour:

Technical division: different groups with specific works

Social division: The importance of the jobs

- They work long hours

- They earned low wages.
