A student completes Class A & B with passing grades. The student starts attending Class C but is reported as Stopped Attending (aLast date of attendance - LDA is reported) by the instructor on 4/3/15. The student never starts Class D and never officially withdrawals from either class (C or D) and is never offically withdrawn by the college from either class. We have only disbursed financial aid based off of the credit hours for Class A & B. Class C and D have had no refund of tuition due to the student not officially withdrawing before the start of the two modules.
-A R2T4 will have to be processed due to the fact that the student did not complete their initial intent to attend four classes.
