MELIA BASSAUBEACHThis project was a rebranding challenge as the resort property was already divided in to two wings: East and West, Guest

were often lost without clear wayfinding to guide them between the 694 guest rooms.

Due to the infrastructure of the existing building, a wayfinding program with information for guests to interact with their

environment in an aesthetically pleasant way, and not discount clear communication of accessibility, safety and regulatory

information was necessary. See our solution below with images.

CIRCLE BYMELIÁAll projects come with their challenges, the Modulex project team determined the biggest challenge on this project was the

multiple parties involved in the design and approval process.

To overcome this challenge the project team maintained

engagement with the client on a daily basis to ensure all requests were accounted for.

TRS YUCATANHOTELFor this project, Modulex Caribbean crafted both interior and exterior custom signage to

enhance the luxurious look and feel of the resort. The custom interior signage included 454

Illuminated Room ID’s, these customized signs were uniquely crafted to provide a complete

comprehensive and wayfinding experience for their luxury resort.

PARADISUS LOS CABOSModulex Miami worked closely with the Paradisus Los Cabos team to provide a complete and

comprehensive signage + wayfinding experience for their luxury beachfront resort sitting on

18.5 acres of land. Offering world-class facilities such as: Family Concierge, YHI Spa,

four pools, Kids Zone, and over 13,500 square feet of meeting space.

ROYALTON BAVAROFor this project, Modulex worked to create all exterior amenities and directionals for the resort. Working with extremely tight

deadlines, Modulex Caribbean worked diligently around the clock to produce illuminated amenities and exterior

directionals with 90% of customized signage. The Bavaro had a production timeline of 10 days, the factory ran three shifts to

meet these deadlines. From getting the initial architectural plans until all the signs were installed onsite the project was com-

pleted in under 50 days.
