VM Manager ( Salvatore Ferragamo ) – Nile Projects May 13 to July 15 VM manager of Salvatore Ferragamo for 4 stores. Contacting brands head office for latest brand information, product information, VM updates and VM

presentations & implement all information to the stores. Acts as the project manager for each store's launch. Working closely with brand managers in transferring stocks and setting targets. Setting up each branch's capacity plan, in terms of product displayed (on shelves) and back stock. Mapping and coordinating the weekly assortment allocated for each store by monitoring the available

stock in each outlet and the main warehouse and rotating the transferable item when ever needed (ref. sales analysis and customer's comments report) with brand manager.

Update stock level and advise the respective brand manager on replenishment of stock. Supervises and monitor the activities of the retail stores. Train staff on work responsibilities according to job title. Responsible for the in-house training programs for the Brand employees according to a pre-arranged

plan instructed by the BM. Reads, trains and audits on the visual merchandising implementation for each collection according to
