Issue monthly production plan.
Take corrective actions in order to achieve monthly plan.
Supervise all vendors activities.
Control production cost and make sure that not exceed budget
Make daily dispatching plan to meet customers orders.
Make deals with transportation vendors to provide trucks in order to achieve
dispatching plan.
Insure that our service meet customer satisfaction.
